For face and body: apply desired amount to wet face and body, rinse thoroughly.
For hair: rinse hair thoroughly. Apply and cleanse. Repeat if necessary. Add your favorite conditioner if needed or use nectar as a leave-in conditioner for extra moisture. Safe on color treated hair. Great for daily use - AM, PM or both!
